so….while I do agree with most of these reviews about this location being slow & not having their act together…I must give a HUGE shout out to Calvin for being man enough to own his mistake today…I ordered a delivery to my work which is 5 minutes from this location because I’m insanely busy at my job first thing in the morning…& when it got delivered only one item was delivered.I was missing MY coffee…so my boss was nice enough to say well run up & get...
Thank you to this Starbucks location and Hannah for your kindness and generosity to the teachers and staff at Swift Creek Middle School in December. I also come to this location frequently and always have excellent service and coffee.
Have received my food and drink items in a reasonable amount of time though I avoid rush hours. The place is clean and appears well organized. However my only complaint is on occasion my drink tasted horrible. My usual order just elsewhere. As in another Starbucks location. One drink did not just taste bad but I had a horrible stomach shortly after. Not sure if it was the drink but over all not bad experience staff super friendly.
