My daughter and I came by to pick up sandwiches to have a nice summer evening dinner on the river, like we often do. We both like coming to Subway as we can order lots of black olives on our subs. I have been coming to this subway, ordering the same sandwich, the same way since the early 2000s with no issue. I have ordered the same sandwich without issue at many Subways in many states, again with absolutely no issues. My daughter and I came in to this Subway yesterday evening, waited about 20 minutes in the line, only to have the worker, whom we are very familiar with and like, tell us that his boss told him if he makes our sandwiches the way we like again, he would be fired. I told him I'd be happy to pay for the extra black olives, but that's the way we have always ordered our sandwiches for over 20 years. He told me no. I was appalled and embarrassed by the way my daughter and I had been treated, being loyal customers. I also always tip at least 15%-25%. It was just plain rude and disrespectful. We ended up just leaving the restaurant and went elsewhere. I can't support an establishment that treats it's long-time, frequent customers this way. Very disappointed in this visit and do not plan on coming back to this Subway.

Very clean, with lots of tables, but the lighting is a little low. It is located inside a Walmart. Personnel are friendly and helpful. The sub sandwiches are delicious. Ample parking and handicap friendly.

Ordered two sandwiches and a breadless bowl through the app while we were shopping.One sandwich had all its toppings. The protein bowl ended up as a sandwich, without the lettuce I ordered. The second sandwich was missing capicola, leaving it with just ham. No lettuce or cheese on it either, like I ordered.If you're out of ingredients, at least say something. Offer substitute ingredients or something extra for the trouble.Expected the bare minimum, but was still surprised. Just get food somewhere else.

We went to pay and the card reader wasn’t doing anything. We asked what was going on and if it was working several times and Mohammad ignored us. Later he said the system was offline and called his boss who said to “see what he can do.” Mohammad stared silently at the screen for quite sometime. After 20-30 minutes of waiting and needing to be somewhere else, we asked what could be done, if he could call someone, we needed to go. He was extremely rude with us for even asking and accused us of not having money to pay for the food when we did, but his system was down and wasn’t working. He then yelled at a woman behind us asking if he could make her sub while the register reboot. Very rude man who never apologised once, never offered to help rectify the long wait, ignored us speaking to him, and was very unsympathetic. Our food was cold by the time the system finally reboot and he let us take our food. Mohammad may have been one of the rudest people I’ve ever encountered in food service and I’ll be going out of my way to avoid him and this Subway location.

Very low quality food. They claim that "every thing is fresh" and that they " bake their bread daily" . Actually nothing is fresh ; half prepared (which is harmful to human health) and they often sell yesterday's bread especially in the early morning (before 10 am)
