I'm not going more than 4 stars because I just went here and got food. I told the guy I wanted ranch on my sandwich and he put mayonnaise. and then I said that clearly that I wanted ranch , not mayonnaise. he put the ranch on it. but neither of the 2 employees offered to remake my sandwich after I said I didn't ask for mayonnaise. gonna mention also one of them was a shift manager or something like that and still didn't offer to remake my sandwich when I said it...
I was served by Dion. He did a great job and the sandwich combo was delicious. I will have to say that the bathroom was an absolute horror show and management should know better! It was disgraceful. There was hair everywhere, blood, and urine. Don’t even ask me because I don’t know why that bathroom was THAT disgusting either! Thank you Dion for your excellent service. That sandwich was BOMB dude. Thank you! I hope management reads this and keeps that bathroom clean from here...
