I Never go inside to eat so no comment on that. But every single time i order thru the app and pick up in the drive thru i get home and I’m missing at least one item every time so check your order whilst at the window.!
I recently had a terrible experience at this Taco Bell. The manager, a short white man with brown curly hair, was extremely rude and dismissive of customer needs. He clearly didn’t care at all about providing decent service. To make things worse, I overheard him mistreating his employees and speaking to them in a disrespectful way. It was uncomfortable for everyone around, and it completely ruined my visit. I will not be coming back to this location.

Chalupas was given to us this way. Why would an employee think it was okay to make and serve food to customer like this? Is this how they are training them now? To just use old crusty shells that break when touch it and can’t even pick them up to try to eat them. Just in Chalupa disbelief!

Left my sour cream off my taco supreme...disappointed...little meat was in it too:( a while before I buy tacos again..expensive and not worth it
As we all know some fast food restaurants are better than others... if you like taco bell.. this is the best in central virginia.. management keeps the restaurant clean and the food never disappoints.
