Placed order in app at 11pm. In drive through for an hour Get to screen/speaker at 1148, get recording they’re closed even though still taking and serving customers. Get to window, see my food on counter. Nobody comes to window. They turn off lights at 1158pm. Will not refund. I’m to to go back to location to get meal replaced. Location is 40 minutes away. Horrible service. Horrible response.

Tried to go through the drive thru, my friend literally just laughed in the car and she told us to go somewhere else? Unbelievably rude and unprofessional. Cannot believe people like that are allowed to work there.

This location NEVER gets my order right anymore. And I don't order customized items, I just order them as they are SUPPOSED to come. Grande Nachos ordered straight off the menu, got home and there's no sour cream, no guac, no pico, no shredded cheese. Just the chips, meat, and cheese sauce. Literally like more than half of what I paid for is not here. Side of guac for over a dollar? It's a tiny cup, less than half full. Last time, my Nachos Bell Grande didn't have sour cream or pico, and I didn't even get the (half portion) of guac that I ordered and paid for. People keep telling me to stop going there, but I just keep giving them chances. I admit - it makes me the stupid one.

Absolute trash…it’s fast food so there’s not much of an expectation to begin with. When we pulled up tonight we were informed they were out of everything except for beef…they said we are out of chicken, steak, etc…crazy that whoever said that doesn’t know that steak and beef are the same thing. I understand you may not be Gordon Ramsey but come on, seriously?? Then as we were being told they were out of everything some guy came on the speaker as a second voice to loudly and rudely reiterate what we were being told. We ordered 3 crunchy ground beef tacos, a classic stacker, and a soft taco. When we pulled up tonight the drive-thru we saw what I can only describe as sheer pandemonium. Employees running around nobody knows what’s going on. We asked to speak to the guy who was rude in the speaker. Only one guy approached who looks like he just rolled out of bed. Rude as hell, and nobody knows what’s going on. Great job Taco Bell…you have achieved the status of absolute trash in every way possible. By the way they messed up our whole order absolutely nothing was right. No point in ever going back great job y’all!
