Beware, rancid oil! I could get the foul taste out of my mouth when I ate one cinnamon twist. It was awful! I complained but got no response.

They forgot to put my 7 layer burrito with my order. I told them at the counter, they gave me a fresh one. The rice in it was crunchy. Got some cinnamon twist. Either the twist or the grease was rancid and sour. I couldn't eat them.

Writing this review after cleaning baja blast out of my brand new car and starting a load of laundry as the drive through worker couldnt put the lid on and just spilled my drink into the car. Very disappointing after a 14 hour road trip and showing up only because it was the only thing open nearby. I got to place my order as a mobile order after having to download the app since the “system was down” which must conveniently happen every night because I have never been able to place a order in the drive through at this location in the 10 times or more I have attempted to eat here. Once I finally sat down to eat the now cold food there is no sauce or napkins in the bag like I requested. It is a shame that work ethic does not exist anymore. Will absolutely never be back.

This Taco Bell has not had the shells for Mexican Pizza the last few times I went there. Also on two occasions went to the drive through and they said they were only doing door dash.
