They forgot to put my 7 layer burrito with my order. I told them at the counter, they gave me a fresh one. The rice in it was crunchy. Got some cinnamon twist. Either the twist or the grease was rancid and sour. I couldn't eat them.

Writing this review after cleaning baja blast out of my brand new car and starting a load of laundry as the drive through worker couldnt put the lid on and just spilled my drink into the car. Very disappointing after a 14 hour road trip and showing up only because it was the only thing open nearby. I got to place my order as a mobile order after having to download the app since the “system was down” which must conveniently happen every night because I have never been able to place a order in the drive through at this location in the 10 times or more I have attempted to eat here. Once I finally sat down to eat the now cold food there is no sauce or napkins in the bag like I requested. It is a shame that work ethic does not exist anymore. Will absolutely never be back.

This Taco Bell has not had the shells for Mexican Pizza the last few times I went there. Also on two occasions went to the drive through and they said they were only doing door dash.

Literally do not waste your time at this location. They NEVER have Mountain Dew (which is Taco Bell’s partner), service is beyond slow, they ran out of beef one day and then were picky about what we could substitute. Rude workers and crappy food.
To the owners of this location...the experience of all the guest currently around me, laughing at the speed of service. I understand people call in,,there were 2 (slow) people on the line, two people "total" they had to work the register as well, but, slow moving.."Put a pep in your step my man." Give your employees some incentives or something when they're short staffed, because it was like Molasses

The food at this Taco Bell is the worst. Of the few times I’ve been there the food is cold, missing ingredients, and fries/potatoes are cold dry/hard. We ordered inside with the kiosk and still had the same problems as the drive thru with food temp & preparation.

Worst Taco Bell location I’ve ever been to. Not a fan of leaving bad reviews but they have consistently gotten my order wrong, left out items, refused to make customizations (i.e.: beans instead of beef). All of this during non-busy hours. Today I went at 4pm and they didn’t give me the hot sauce I requested nor cheese sauce for my chips and cheese, and both of my tacos were broken/not made well (which is the typical experience at this location). Sat in the parking lot to eat and the person running drive thru came out to hangout with friends while still taking orders… no wonder everything’s always messed up!

Went and got a chicken bowl and ask for no rice no beans extra lettuce and cheese nope literally half the container is empty paid $16 for extra stuff in here to not get anything. And the app has been down for 2 days. And there was no forks so I had to eat the chicken bowl with a spoon.
