My wife and I dined there twice this week! My wife has Alpha-Gal and explained the requirements for the food preparations. They followed the instructions and we enjoyed delicious dinners both times. The staff is awesome (!) and the atmosphere is inviting.
Came here for lunch on a Friday, it was good and not too busy. There were maybe 16 customers total, most paired up in booths. The waitress was great and the staff all seemed busy and friendly. We ordered gyoza, spring rolls, the golden loaded fries with fried chicken, some great (free? included? not sure) salads, 2 sushi rolls and 3 bowls of ramen.

My daughter and I were really impressed by this restaurant. We’ve both been to Japan, Tokyo and Kyoto, and I say this Ramen place would do well even in Japan. We got the spicy miso Ramen and pork katsu. Food came out within minutes of us ordering. The Ramen noodle texture was just perfect. And the meat was delicately fried. Both extremely flavorful. Sometimes when I eat out, my stomach gets upset easily, but this place didn’t hurt our stomachs at all....
