This location was not busy, service was good. The atmosphere was very laid back and easy going. Seems crazy but sometimes with chain restaurants it's feels like a sit down drive thru. Anyway we enjoyed the pasta and burgers. I would visit this location again.

I decided to give TGIFridays a try after staying away many years due to bad experiences. I was pleasantly surprised. My server was amazing & very attentive to our needs. The menu was just okay and the offerings were standard fare for a chain. However, I ordered the fish sandwich & my date ordered the whiskey burger & we really enjoyed it. The vibe was good. The bartender was great and the drinks were really fantastic! I'd definitely put this restaurant back in rotation.
Food is usually very good, however today they had iceberg lettuce in the place of romaine and way too much dressing in my chicken Caesar salad. Service was great and she was busy so I didn’t send it back but it wasn’t good. Fries were good and my son enjoyed his burger.

Overall solid experience. Got here around 8:30pm and we were told it was a 35 min wait. I guess they were kinda shorthanded because there were plenty of empty tables. We weren't in a rush so we waited. The server Shawn was great he took care of us and made sure everything was good. Sorry for the food pictures but I didn't remember to take them before we dived in??. The only entree that wasn't too good was the Nashville Hot Chicken Sandwich, my daughter just said it had a weird taste but other than that all the food was pretty much what you expect. I had the NY strip and it was pretty good just a little over but I didn't send it back or anything it was good. Restaurant was clean and all the waitstaff was really efficient in clearing tables and keeping the area maintained. By the way try the garlic broccoli! I get double every time I go!
I ordered a burger and asked for no sauce at all. The waitress stated she understood, but I received a burger with heavy sauce. I waited for our waitress to return to no avail. I ate the burger without a bun. Just as I was finishing the waitress pops up to ask if everything was OK. I told her no & begin to tell her. She stated that she would give me 15% off of my bill for my inconvenience. That was a catastrophic meal and I will not be returning in the future.

Last time ever going to this location. The female manager has the worst customer service skills. Very nasty and disrespectful after her kitchen was given 3 opportunities to cook a steak correctly. Gave us an attitude like we inconvenienced her for having to walk to our table. My husband was not able to eat dinner with his family. The meal was not removed from the bill. The steak was completely raw and unedible and taken back a third time. If I could give it a 0, I would. The place was empty, it smelled, and it was not very clean.

Normally I have a great time at this location however for the past 3 visits it has smelled like the restaurant houses a lazy river flowing with human sewage. At the bar you can physically see open drainage on the floor. My suggestion do a deep cleaning of the restaurant as it smells like a public restroom as of late!

53 minutes after my daughter and i were seated i notified a waiter that we have not been spoken to yet and she went and fount our waiter who came over and apologized. i was irritated and no longer wanted to eat but i let my 9 yr old order her meal, once i got my bill the waiter disappeared an 15 minutes later i found a different waiter and paid. about 8 minutes later my waiter came back with my receipt and apologized again. in totaled we spent over an hour waiting for this server to waste our time. I do not recommend this Fridays to anyone.Kid-friendliness: My 9 year old daughter was looking forward to going to Fridays for over a week and to have her wait an hour just to take her order was very disappointing.
great food, delicious fries! but hair is always in my whiskey chicken. overall, great service, AMAZING food!! will be coming back 100%.
