No concern what so ever for customers. Was there today at 1:00 to pick up to go order and when I arrived no one greeted me for at least 5-10 minutes. Others were standing in line and also not being helped. There was a young man working in the kitchen that was complaining to the young girl working that he hasn’t been paid correctly and they need to fix that sh!t loud enough for all to hear. I used to go to this location all the time, but rarely make it to Midlothian anymore. I went for the first time in years this week and was very disappointed. The place looked like it hadn't been cleaned in quite some time and there was even a fingernail on the counter. I love Tropical Smoothie, but won't be going back to this location.

Sunrise Sunset, no turbinado sugar ordered.
*It came with little to no (I think zero, actually) strawberries added. It’s icy and weak. Pale orange-y color instead of the vibrant pink/red it normally is.*
Registers were down so my husband ordered online from the dining area - his watermelon mojito smoothie came as described.
**Please refund the cost of the Sunrise Sunset Smoothie**
