I came in at around 8pm so the shop was empty. I could see one girl sweeping and heard another cleaning in the back. I called out to them but they didn’t hear me.It made me kind of nervous to just stand there, so I went behind the counter and poked my head in the doorway to say hello, just in case it was too loud to hear me. We are frequent customers at this location but will be traveling further to avoid the poor customer service. We just left on 2/7 at around 4:40. My son got two smoothies and a sandwich. It wasn't busy but service was extremely slow and with much laughter in the back.One customer left without his order because he was so fed up and two employees from a near by restaurant came to get their order that was placed that morning and got a response, "we haven't started that order." I messed up and sent my order to the wrong store. They resolved my issue fixed the order for me. They were very quick with there orders. To they got people in and out. Of course my food was fantastic as well fresh and well put together.
