I messed up and sent my order to the wrong store. They resolved my issue fixed the order for me. They were very quick with there orders. To they got people in and out. Of course my food was fantastic as well fresh and well put together.

Visited 3/11/24: my father and I both got severe food poisoning after visiting and eating the chicken flatbread and smoothie. Been to several tropical smoothie cafés in the area and this is my first negative experience.

I came in at around 8pm so the shop was empty. I could see one girl sweeping and heard another cleaning in the back. I called out to them but they didn’t hear me.It made me kind of nervous to just stand there, so I went behind the counter and poked my head in the doorway to say hello, just in case it was too loud to hear me. Both of them were caught off guard and at first just gaping at me, but eventually they realized I was just there to order.Smoothie came out very quickly and was tasty as expected. Probably the only reason I gave this place 3 stars instead of 2

We are frequent customers at this location but will be traveling further to avoid the poor customer service. We just left on 2/7 at around 4:40. My son got two smoothies and a sandwich. It wasn't busy but service was extremely slow and with much laughter in the back.One customer left without his order because he was so fed up and two employees from a near by restaurant came to get their order that was placed that morning and got a response, "we haven't started that order." When my son got home the sandwich was barely wrapped. This use to be a great location but service has gone way down in the last year to 18 months.

1/22/24@2:20pm placed an order for Bahama Mama and Tai chicken wrap. The young lady (and I’m being kind with calling her a lady)that made my wrap was EXTREMELY RUDE slung my order on the counter and as I was leaving out I heard her saying she was being stared at the whole time. I assumed she was talking about me since she slung my order on the counter and walked off. I was surprised because I wasn’t paying her any mind whatsoever, and definitely not looking at her, but now I wished I was because my wrap was terrible. I however was more consumed with the inappropriate conversation she and her coworkers were having while me and other guest were waiting for our orders. They were loud and obnoxious, talking badly about other girls.They definitely could use some retraining on customer service and being mindful of their conversations that aren’t work appropriate. I’ve read several other comments about this particular location and it seems to be the same issue.I WILL NEVER RETURN HERE!!! And I will tell my coworkers to do the same.

I went to Tropical Smoothie at the 11513 busy street location on Monday and asked for a mango berry cosmo. The "young girl" and I put that in quotes because her behavior reflected that of a toddler, took my order. I told her I wanted a Mango Berry she said we don't have that I said I just got one last week. After repeating herself I asked when did they stopped because I just got one last week. She mentioned it is seasonal. I was curious did they bring it back as to why I was able to get it just a few days ago. This girl smacked her lips and stomped off to the back. You can hear her talking about me with someone. Then another lady came to the front to explained to me why they didn't have the drink. You could still hear the girl in the back having a fit sounding like a tantrum. Very unprofessional. What is so crazy, I left that location and went to another location, and received the drink with no problem. WOW what a difference a location makes. She really needs to grow up.I added my comments to your site as you asked.

This tropical smoothie continues to get worse each time I order from here. Just ordered 4 different smoothies and they all tasted horrible. This will definitely be our last visit there.
This place is terrible . Just went in there today and the two people working in the back were sitting on their phones didn’t even see me come in. I was standing at the register for about 5 mins and was trying to make noises to show them I’m there. Finally, I said “are you open?” And the co workers started laughing. Told them that I had been standing there they didn’t care at all. I didn’t even want them making my drink so I left and went to the hill street location which is alot better.

We’ve ordered from this location multiple times, and have a missing sandwich or an undrinkable smoothie every other time. Staff almost always seem to be in the back on their phones or with AirPods when we’re trying to get their attention. Whenever we’ve had to drive back to pick up missing items from a pickup order, there’s never any kind of apology and the staff usually respond pretty coldly.

i order from here frequently and have an issue with not receiving my lime edible straws twice this week or added the white chocolate requested in my smoothie. service quick but just make sure what i paid for is included in my order.
