I have always had great customer service, but unfortunately the cafe is very dirty. The bathroom is filthy, tables are all scattered, chairs are scattered, the floor needs to be sweep and mopped , most of the light bulbs are burned out, there has been a ladder and boxes in the hallway to the bathrooms now for months, terrible dust on the a/c vents, the filter is black on the a/c intake, today no cookies in the display, signs were down on the counter. There is no excuse to a dirty...

Lady behind the counter who was doing dishes told me and my dad we were the coolest looking people to go into the store today and gave us an uplifting speech! 100000/10, highly recommend this place, extremely friendly, also plz give lady raise and/or promotion!

5 star review for the young man, Charles(?), working there each time I go. He provides the best customer service I’ve ever experienced in any retail setting and his sincerity while interacting with customers makes me happy. He must be cherished.
