This has to be the worst location in the WORLD! This location needs to be permanently closed. It is never staffed, the lines are forever long. I just really do not know why this location is still open. I last visited on 4/13/24 during a shift change. I have never experienced a wait at a fast food restaurant. I waited 20 minutes to get food after leaving swift creek ER. Needless to say, I drove off. Cars behind me drove off as week. This location is just pathetic!

This wendys is just so slow the other one on hull st so much better I wait easily 30 min each time here. Something needs to be done at this location people don't have all that time to wait customers order food and then just leave losing alot of money.

Went to get the new frosty at 8:30pm on a Saturday and the door to the lobby was locked and people were sitting in the lobby eating. The drive thru was backed up and the person in the car at the outside kiosk looked like they were asleep. I wasn't going to walk around the building to try another door, totally ridiculous and absolutely no reason for it.
