Went to get the new frosty at 8:30pm on a Saturday and the door to the lobby was locked and people were sitting in the lobby eating. The drive thru was backed up and the person in the car at the outside kiosk looked like they were asleep. I wasn't going to walk around the building to try another door, totally ridiculous and absolutely no reason for it.
Sat in the drive thru line for 20 minutes before someone answered the drive thru speaker, they yelled at me through the speaker when I asked for no tomatoes on my cheeseburger, and my food ended up being cold.

The only reason it's getting 2 stars is because one guy was actually helpful. Friday 3/15 at 8:45, just ridiculous service. I would have loved to leave but I used the app and had already paid.
