Nice experience from start to finish. The host and waitstaff were friendly and helpful. Food arrived promptly, looking wonderful and tasting even better! We had calamari, spicy shrimp noodles, and Thai chicken wrap.
So. There was a strange odor throughout the restaurant, which may have been the carpet- I'm not sure. It was very off-putting.

The food was overall ok, but nothing extraordinary. I was hoping the Black Russian sushi roll was going to be more flavorful than it was.
The soft shell crab tasted mostly like the fried breading that was used. It was alright.

Wild Ginger in Midlothian is an absolute gem! From the moment l walked in I was greeted and treated with warmth and professionalism by the super friendly staff. They make me feel welcome and appreciated, even when picking up my takeout. Now let’s talk about the food because wow! The chicken pot stickers are out of this world. Perfectly crispy on the outside with a savory, juicy filling that bursts with flavor. You can tell they’re made with care and high-quality ingredients....
