Gregory was friendly and polite as soon as we entered the establishment. He offered us a sample of a new flavor while we were looking at the menu and let us try samples of flavors we were interested in. He was very thorough with our options and making sure he got everything we wanted correct. I ordered wings for the Super Bowl and it took an hour longer than normal. Busiest day of the year so that’s expected. But the management gave me a free meal for two for the inconvenience. The food is always delicious too!
