The server, Trayonna, today was on point! And I mean fantastic! It is rare to see servers actually caring at what they do. The food was great too!

We love going to the Short Pump location. The food is amazing but very disappointed that the Onion Nest is no longer on the menu.

Just had dinner there.. mediocre at best.. there were several dirty tables that were never cleared, the entire time we were there. We ordered the spinach artichoke dip which was delivered by the manager and it was completely cold in the center. My husband had the flatiron steak and wings combo. His food was warm. I ordered the classic cheeseburger. The burger itself wasn’t cooked completely it was raw in spots but on the upside the French fries were served hot. They were the only part of this meal that was served that way. Big disappointment. I should mention this is the midlothian location. Haven’t decided if I wanna go back.

Tried this place for the first time today. The service was better than I have ever had. Greetings when we walked in. The server was right over with water ready. The atmosphere was great, comfortable, and plenty of tvs showing all games. We ordered the pretzel, which was great and then sandwiches. I got the turkey club flight, the sauces were so good and there was so much meat on the sandwich. He got a steak and cheese flat iron, which he said he would definitely get again. I want to come back and try other options!

The wings are very flavorful! Drinks are pretty good too!

My family and I have been here many times throughout the years. I noticed on our latest order that they seem to definitely be cutting corners/costs from the last time we went. 3 of us got the fried goat cheese salad and there was barely any cheese inside, like a fried ball that was almost empty inside. The steak and cheese egg rolls are also about half the size of what they used to be. Everything else we ordered seem to be the same at least but we were disappointed overall.

1st time and last time. Had to send my food back twice and still ended up not eating it the 3rd time. I'm sure that as cold as my wings were, that it violated health code. They had not been under a warm light or anything and were obviously just sitting out for hours, if not from the previous day. They looked equally as gross and the manager still served them to us himself. The 3rd time they were hot, but rubbery. Got the Cajun and the Bacon Burgers they were bland. The Bacon gave the bacon burger taste. I didn't even eat mines the 2nd time it was remade, the kitchen didn't make it right, and asked for it to be removed from our tab. Server was great, but the place was supper loud that we couldn't hear one another. If we didn't scream we wouldn't hear the other person. Kitchen obviously can't perform under pressure. A few things were wrong on our order both times.

Quick to go be seated and to order however this food is horrible. Husband hated the wings that were so hairy. Not crispy at all and cold. Hush puppies were crunchy in the outside but somewhat raw in the inside. Very soft and fluffy to the point that it falls apart.

Pineapple coleslaw has canned a couple of pineapples in it but not fresh. Chicken sandwich wasn’t bad but def small and bread was thick and falling apart as well. Overall not a place a will return. The only things I enjoyed was the celery and carrots sticks.

Pain killer and rum runner are weak and not really worth the time.

Service was great. They all greet you when you enter. Very attentive and courteous. It was loud, but that was not the establishment's fault.

WE stopped for Lunch, on a bit of a time crunch, we asked before we sat down, can we be in and out in an hour or less. reply, "yes we will get right on it". From being seated till food was in front of us was 45 minutes, and then the order was wrong. We just took it to go.
