Placed an order over the phone for pickup. Was told the food would be ready in 20 minutes. Recieved a notification 4 minutes later that the order was ready. Ordered the Fried Chicken sandwich with Honey Old Bay. A wedge salad as my side. Recieved an older filet of chicken. The filet was lukewarm. Breading soft, not crunchy at all. Not the quality I expected from this place. The sandwich is usually always hot and fresh, made to order.
Such a cute place. Great outdoor patio and half portions as well. My waiter was initially attentive and quickly lost interest. When I asked for a takeout box and a cup for my drink, he seemed to put off and even more so after I tipped him the lowest amount that I was given the option for after swiping my credit card. I usually tip service workers extremely well, but I am turned off when it's expected, especially when the options are 25%, 20% and 18%. Filling put on the spot...
Had a great meal with my husband. He had sweet tea and the Baha fish tacos with sweet potato fries and I had fresh lemonade and the hand dipped chicken tenders with onion straws!!! Our server was very friendly and very attentive. Everything was delicious and the manager even came by our table and had a nice conversation with us!! Great atmosphere and clean bathrooms!!! Would definitely visit this place again!!!
