“The BEST customer service ever. I was stranded here because my Uber wouldn't connect me with a ride for two hours, and the workers did the absolute most to help me. They made sure I was okay, and gave me the number of their friend who was an uber driver! They even refused to take a tip I tried to give them after all their help. “We were greeted as we walked in the door about 2 hours prior to closing time with a warm hello from the young man coming from the back area of the store. The 2 female employees were cleaning out some of the beverage machines and though the one was clearly getting off work she seemed annoyed that we entered as they were doing pre-close duties. Maybe I misread the rolling eyes but my restaurant experience tells me I was spot on. They were out of my favorite bread, honey oat, but I tried the Italian herb and cheese and it was pretty darn great. I hadn't been to subway in a couple years and it seems like the condiments and toppings selections have taken a turn for the worse. Why cant you get deli style mustard at a freaking deli style sandwich shop??? But I digress. The honey mustard I chose instead was good but not so good that I wanted an army's portion; I specifically said I wanted a little bit. My sandwich was still great just WAY messier than usual. I literally had to wipe my sandwich and used a tree-full of napkins to clean my hands and face after each bite. I did not bring this to the attention of any of the staff so unfortunately I did not give them a chance to redeem themselves...the white chocolate raspberry cheesecake cookies were spectacular enough to make it a great visit..despite also being out of sweet tea due to pre-close cleaning. I will still visit the adequately polite staff and bright dining room at this location. I just hope I have better luck next time on getting my chosen items in the same expeditious fashion as this evening.“

“We drove all the way from Hanover Virginia to go here. Because most of the Pizza huts in our area have closed down. And this is something that we used to do as a family all the time. So we wanted to make the trip to go to this Pizza Hut.. The service was underwhelming..
We first for looking at a pizza that we wanted to order and you can tell the waitress didn't really want to deal with it cuz she said it took really long to make... And we put our order in. And we're delivered the wrong food.. at first and then had to wait for our second order.. well waiting for that you could just look at the floor was dirty.. The staff looked worn out and I don't want to say dirty but. Just looked completely worn out and we're making excuses for doing things wrong together.... Food came out finally and it was good. Had a hard time getting refills undrinks. And then when it came to getting to go boxes we were giving these little tiny boxes that held like two slices of pizza. When we had almost two full pizzas left and breadsticks. So I had to pack up all of my stuff but you're like nine mini boxes. Which was ridiculous.when my son asked if these are the only boxes they had the waitress did not answer... What you know they have to cuz if they're doing pick up orders they have big pizza boxes.
. Yes the only thing saved in this place was the actual food whoever was cooking the food this is one of the best pan pizzas I've ever had from Pizza Hut. In any of its locations.. but other than that the atmosphere in the waitresses were not the reason. We love the old style atmosphere it's great but please keep it clean.. rappers all over the floor trash on the floor in the bathrooms were lacking a lot.“
