“After ordering from the drive through, we arrived home to find our order was wrong and missing a sandwich. Called restaurant, spoke to manager. Retold order on phone, and was told to come pick up new correct meal. My Mother returns home from picking up new “correct” order, to find it was wrong. I called this time and spoke with the manager on duty, Scott. He was excellent! Extremely professional and accommodating the whole time. He truly was willing to go above and beyond to keep us as loyal customers. I cannot express enough how excellent of a manager Scott was, and because of this, he has maintained loyal customers that will rave about him and his store!! Thank you for this wonderful experience.“

“We stopped in here to get a quick lunch and I just wanna say Erika at the front counter was very very pleasant to deal with. She walked in asked how everyone was doing then proceeded to take care of a long line of customers and had us all smiling. She has a great attitude and she seems very fun to work with. “I typically don't write these reviews but I cant find a place to fill out a survey. I just moved to the area 4 months ago and have been by 3 or 4 times. The food has been consistent and what you could expect. However, the service has been noticeably exceptional and I feel these workers deserve recognition for it. It has become very rare for fast food workers in general to ask about your day and genuinely care what your answer is. Tonight my driver thru worker was Nicole and I think she's been it one other time. I cant remember the others names but Nicole is not the only one. Kudos to this crew. God Bless.“

“Could only accept cash at the time we visited, but wasn't a big issue for us. The employee who waited on us was super friendly. Didn't get his name, but he deserves to be recognized for how great he interacts with the customers. When no one was in line to order, he spent his time cleaning tables. Great job!“

“Average service. Not bad but nothing to write home about either. Atmosphere typical for a pickup and delivery pizza joint. Loud. Minimal seating for anyone waiting in the store for their order to finish. I like the food but it's a pizza joint not a Michelin star restaurant.“

“this subway follows it’s posted business hours, unlike the one down the road in madison that closes half an hour earlier than the times on their store front display.
i prefer how quiet or “standoffish” the staff is. who cares. i am not sensitive. just hungry. anywho, we went in late, store was very clean, fast prep. not a lot of words from
the man making our subs, whom i presume is the owner. i don’t mind at all. he was very kind. subs were awesome. thanks.“

“Food was awesome, it is the Colonel's fried chicken, extra crispy, what is not too like. It is a dual restaurant that serving both KFC and Taco Bell; so you can order form both menus which is aplus when someone does not like fried chicken but loves Taco Bell, like in my family. The employees were very nice and the inside restaurant was exceptionally clean when we dined in.“

“I ate here on 19 NOV and it was immaculate inside. Everything was clean. The Food was outstanding. These are HOT cheeseburgers coming off the grill and the french fries are overwhelmingly great! The two guys working had everything in order and in place. It's been like 5 yrs since I ate here due to working up in NOVA - and just went back. These guys had this place squared away.“
