All Bojangles Restaurant locations serve chicken buckets that are to spicy and are not edible for our family. Why can’t they sell original recipe buckets and include hot sauce. They don’t care and won’t listen to their customers. WE CANNOT EAT THE CHICKEN.

The food was cold. They were out of what I ask for. Looking through the drive thru, I noticed the floor, side of serving table, was not clean at all. Decided not to eat what I bought.

I have always been very pleased with the chicken at this location, but today the chicken in the regular 2 piece dinner #12 was so spicy and hot I couldn’t eat it. The rest of the meal was fine.

Good food and friendly staff. Only complaint, there is always one item missing when you use the drive thru. Either take time to go through your bag before pulling away or plan on turning around.
Traveled quite a bit on Sunday and stopped in for the new Bo Bites they were advertising like crazy... Signage all over the place... But guess what no Bo Bites. Why you ask...well according to the manager they had simply just been too busy all weekend to defrost them. REALLY? laziness at it's finest
