This use to be my favorite Starbucks. I went to get drinks via drive thru this afternoon and was told by the barista to please wait via intercom. I waited a few minutes. I heard somebody’s muffled voice through the intercom so I started my drink order and was abruptly told in an annoyed manner “I asked you to please wait.” I order my drinks when she is ready. I was in the store today with my two year old for a quick snack. We were sitting down and soon my toddler started to cry over who knows what...I tried everything to guess and calm her down but she wasn’t having it. I was ready to pack us up and leave so we didn’t continue to disturb everyone in there when one of the employees, Sunni, came over and sat at our table.
