My sandwich was good but shredding the chicken like this makes the sandwich fall apart while trying to eat it leaving pieces of chicken everywhere. I would recommend leaving it in bigger chunks so you can eat the sandwich without making a mess. I think this style of cutting the chicken works for a bowl but not for a sandwich.
