The Bamboo Chinese Restaurant is a gem! I ordered the Beef Broccoli. The Beef Broccoli is awesome and was cooked just right! Also, I didn't expect that the restaurant would give me some cream cheese Rangoon as my appetizer with my meal. I am looking forward to coming back to Bamboo Chinese the next time I am back in town.
It's a Chinese restaurant in a strip mall, so my expectations weren't high. As soon as I walked in though, that changed. Their dining area is actually rather lovely, and the food (while a bit too sweet) was very good. This was a very nice surprise.

The Lo Mein, the Honey Chicken, and the General Tso's Shrimp are a few of the most wonderful items on the menu. Packed with flavor (and, for the shrimp, nice heat), they really stand out as some of the best Chinese fare available anywhere in the area. Bamboo is a small, locally owned restaurant and they care about service and quality.
