This was our second Subway stop for lunch that day (the first was listed as closed on the app so I couldn't place an order online from inside the place...hey I had a BOGO Free that was about to expire!!!). I generally do not have good visits to this area restaurant. Sometimes the employees are polite. Other times they can be downright rude. A single employee holding down the fort during lunchtime was fairly rude when I came in for an online order. They are way understaffed. No one really seems to appreciate the customers. Inconsistent.

There was an issue on July 4th where a pre-paid order I had made was not able to be filled due to unforeseen circumstances.The store manager personally called me the very next day to apologize and set up a time for when I wanted to return and have my order made for me.Since I'm a traveling merchandiser, I'm only in this area every Tuesday.
