“Drive-thru can be slow at times, but unpredictable when it's going to happen. It's been really busy and we've gone through fast, and it's been only 1 or 2 cars ahead and took a long time! I've also had to drive forward and wait for my food, while 5 cars were served at the window behind me.
Staff is hit or miss. Sometimes they are distracted and talkative amongst themselves. Sometimes they are focused and efficient the entire transaction. They are more often friendly than not.
Special orders have always been accurate. Sweet tea has been good and never old tasting. Sodas are sometimes off, either too much carbonation or too little. Food has mostly been fresh and hot. Occasionally get an order you can tell is older and cold.“

“Great service! Everything was hot and fresh, and even remembered my extra pickles! We did get an unsweetened tea instead of a sweet tea, but nobody is perfect, and they hit the important points...we didn't need that much sugar in our life anyway! ?“

“It was takeout, but the atmosphere was pretty good in the car. Third time in 10 days we've split a BMT at the no dining room Subway. Its a great budget meal and they have delicious cookies and Barqs Rootbeer! Yum! The employees seem like they don't like their jobs, but they've been there several months.“

“I work here! And the people are great, always good vibes. I don't blame the food on my store, in general food everywhere has been making people sick. Definitely no to steak, I had a steak sandwich from a different location and I was sick for a week. Be careful but still enjoy! Too.your pizza with whatever you want. I learned so many yummy ways to make a pizza because of customers ?“
