“After ordering and paying for food on my mobile app, I got in my car only to find out that the storm that knocked out my power, also knocked down trees blocking my ability to pick up my order. I called the restaurant and the call was picked up on the first ring. He patiently waited while I tried to find a better spot because my cell service was horrible. He was empathetic and immediately put his manager on the phone who was so understanding and courteous. She pulled up my order, confirmed my info and said she would reach out to the district manager. The next morning I was able to check my email and saw that the entire order had been credited. It is refreshing when something works so well. I’m grateful to the team at the Prince Frederick MD Five Guys restaurant. They have our repeat business“

“Great service. Somethings can be a miss at times but they are the best fast food to go to. Typically I avoid other establishments. I don’t eat out often. Hope this place keeps its playground and environments clean as well as their employees happy enough they keep positive attitudes. Food is always terrific. It will keep me coming back.“

“On 12/1/23 in the evening. Me and my buddy came in and ordered sandwiches and the guy taking my order screwed up our order he accidentally got lettuce and tomato put on my sandwich which I did not want on there and it made the bread all soggy. everything else on there was correct. The girl I believe Monica that came in later and made our sandwiches was very friendly and she actually put both our sandwiches in separate bags as we requested.“
