“In addition to good food and friendly service, despite being understaffed, I left my purse on the patio and didn't realize it until the next day. An employee found it and put it away for safe keeping. All the contents of the wallet were still there, right where I left them, including all my cash! Needless to say, the integrity the employees showed was refreshing in this day and age and much appreciated. A large tip was placed in the tip jar! KUDOS MOD STAFF!“

“Absolutely fantastic experience at Taco Bell thanks to Nick and David! I had the Chalupa Meal (#6), and it was delicious.David's friendly and efficient service made the ordering process a breeze, while Nicks’s attention to detail ensured my meal was perfect. Both of them went above and beyond to make sure I had a great experience. Highly recommend this Taco Bell location for top-notch service and quality food. Five stars all the way! ?????“

“Great experience. Ms Jean is a great hostess and caters to everyone's needs. So firsthand when someone spilled their salad all over the floor. Not only did she clean it up but got the customer another salad and salad dressing. We felt like we were in a restaurant.“

“I just went to Wendy’s in Prince Frederick for the first time in years. The drive thru service was amazing, the staff very friendly and food was hot and delish. Keep up the good work!!!“

“The other night (5/12), around 9:40 PM, I was running a Doordash shift.
While I didn't get any food for myself, I just have to say the employee, Chris, who was working by himself, might I add, was so pleasant and kind!!
He let me wait inside while he prepared my order, and he kept me company with good conversation!
He is very friendly!
I used to work in a truly awful food service job where not one person was kind, had a pleasant tone, or genuinely cared about the people we served...
Sometimes, I felt like the only person who actually wanted the customers to feel happy and taken care of.
So when I see workers who are trying hard to care for their customers, that really makes my day! It's like finding a rare gem when I see employees like this!

“I’m gonna be nice and say 4 stars because this place is on the up and up. I get it’s a gas station subway and y’all are busy and have bad days. But about 6 months ago to a year ago we just stopped going here despite living very close by. I would drive to the one in that nice gas station down 231 when my wife was craving Subway, but I gave this one a chance a week or two ago and all the employees were amiable and friendly. The food was in good shape and it was a time of the day that wasn’t busy so that’s a good indicator, because it’s easy to stay fresh when you’re busy but yeah.It’s a subway in a gas station and you can pick up sodas and snacks, I recommend a go because I think they’re working on keeping the place a bit more and the employees are doing a good job!“

“After ordering and paying for food on my mobile app, I got in my car only to find out that the storm that knocked out my power, also knocked down trees blocking my ability to pick up my order. I called the restaurant and the call was picked up on the first ring. He patiently waited while I tried to find a better spot because my cell service was horrible. He was empathetic and immediately put his manager on the phone who was so understanding and courteous. She pulled up my order, confirmed my info and said she would reach out to the district manager. The next morning I was able to check my email and saw that the entire order had been credited. It is refreshing when something works so well. I’m grateful to the team at the Prince Frederick MD Five Guys restaurant. They have our repeat business“
