“Never had a bad pizza from this location. The Shaq-a-Roni pizza is incredible! Over a half a pound of cheese, extra pepperoni, and XL NY crust. It is perfect. You can tell when you pick up the box how heavy it is. Perfect crust and sauce. All for a really low price. Papa dough bucks makes this deal even slicker. Please don't end this deal!

I made the mistake of ordering a XL pepperoni pizza from Dominoes at Ches. Bch. a few weeks ago. Worst pizza ever! I have had better frozen pizza. My review is there too. It was very light when I picked it up. I knew it was going to be bad. It had a super thin crust, hardly any sauce, very little cheese, and about 1/4 of the pepperoni of the Shaq-a-Roni. They cut a XL very unevenly into 6 pieces! Who does that? Some slices were huge. And some were very small.
I used to manage a Pizza Hut. I know how to make a proper pizza. I used to get in trouble because we loaded pizzas with topping which drove up the cost of sales. But I doubled the sales.

If you want a excellent big filling pizza and like pepperoni, get a Shaq-a-Roni. You won't be disappointed :D“

“This is the smallest McDonalds I've ever been in and hard to get one of the few tables in there. There is a wonderful older lady that works there with amazing customer service skills. So helpful and accommodating to seniors. If something is missing or wrong with your order she makes sure you get it. It's always very busy in there so best to place your order on the app to pick it up.“

“I’m giving 5 stars not only because the food was great but mainly because the young lady was working there all by herself and seemingly keeping up with mobile orders AND people waiting in line. She didn’t rush too fast to where the quality suffered, but she didn’t move too slow to where everyone had to wait. I think it’s ridiculous that they have only one employee during such a busy time, but she did a great job. I wish I could have tipped her, but the owner takes the tips for themself.

Very impressed with the employee and the food she prepared. The sub was perfect exactly as I asked for and she didn’t lazily fuj the dipper like I see at almost every subway!

She earned the 5 star review for this subway by herself. I think it’s ridiculous she is forced to cover such a busy time by herself and not even allowed to keep the tips!

If I could give the owner/franchisee 0 stars and the employee 5 I would, but my experience was great there because of the service. Get her a raise!“

“Great service & good food! I went into the MOD Pizza in Dunkirk, MD to support a local sports team fundraiser. I was greeted as I entered and the person behind the counter working on my order was great! It can be a little overwhelming building your own pizza with all those choices, but she made the process easier by asking me my preferences and helping me to create a delicious pizza. I ended up trying the Cauliflower crust pizza, which was so good with the toppings I selected and it was cooked to perfection. I wish I would have gotten her name, but based on the two employees working there, who were equally as nice, I would think this spot is great all the way around. I will definitely go there again.“

“After ordering and paying for food on my mobile app, I got in my car only to find out that the storm that knocked out my power, also knocked down trees blocking my ability to pick up my order. I called the restaurant and the call was picked up on the first ring. He patiently waited while I tried to find a better spot because my cell service was horrible. He was empathetic and immediately put his manager on the phone who was so understanding and courteous. She pulled up my order, confirmed my info and said she would reach out to the district manager. The next morning I was able to check my email and saw that the entire order had been credited. It is refreshing when something works so well. I’m grateful to the team at the Prince Frederick MD Five Guys restaurant. They have our repeat business“

“When walking into this business it is always cleaned and inviting. The employees are always welcoming and friendly especially there was one girl name Ruby who was so helpful. The food is always fresh and made quickly to order. Will definitely be continuing to go back.“

“I usually use the pickup option, and it’s consistently a good experience. My orders are ready on time, accurate, and the staff is friendly when I check in. The app makes it easy, and the pickup spots are convenient. Every now and then there’s a short wait, but overall, they do a nice job keeping things running smoothly.“

Me and my buddy came in and ordered sandwiches and the guy taking my order screwed up our order he accidentally got lettuce and tomato put on my sandwich which I did not want on there and it made the bread all soggy. everything else on there was correct. “I go to this location a lot because I work in the area, and i have to say, the employees are always super friendly! From experience, working in food service is a challenging job (putting it mildly) and they are always polite and it feels genuine. Life is a hard and i just always appreciate the brief positive interactions i have at this location. Are they perfect? Definitely not, and it's not realistic yo expect that. Anytime i had an issue it was resolved in a respectful manner. Thank you for the consisent customer service!“

“Great taste & prompt delivery. The BBQ Chicken & Bacon Papadia has become a favorite & we order extra Cinnamon Pull Aparts to have with our morning coffee. Left over pizza is tasty when warmed up in the microwave, too, the crust stays nice & soft.“
