The Inn has been beautifully restored to its colonial charm and is a comfortable and scenic place to stay. The innkeeper is very friendly and professional. Coming from the DC area, it’s a relaxing weekend spot. There are walkable local businesses close by. The included breakfast is amazing!
We had an absolutely wonderful weekend at The Inn at Montross! Owen, the innkeeper, was the ultimate host, very welcoming and attentive to all our needs. Our room was neat and clean.The bed was the most comfortable one I've been in away from home.The breakfast each morning was outstanding. Loved spending time relaxing in the rocking chairs on the front porch.Owen did a great job hosting an Author Meet & Greet/ Book Signing event for me! We will definitely be returning...
This was a wonderful, unexpected experience! On my way back to NY from Florida, I met my cousin & friend at the Inn at Montross and was welcomed by a warm, hospitable Inn Keeper (Owen!).
I felt like I was vaulted back to Colonial America with contemporary service. Amazing history that you leave that you are now apart of.
I would definitely go back!
