I stop at the truck stop next door on a regular basis and I have ordered a whopper for breakfast twice now and not only was the people working there super nice and friendly the burger was super fresh and very good.... honestly the best fast food experience I have ever had both times

Would give no stars if I could, came thru tonight at 10 something after working in Harrisonburg, wanted food stopped for my fiancé and I, I place and get my order, I go to grab a fry, ICE COLD, No big as long as my burgers aren’t cold, start heading home grab my burger to make sure, and it’s cold as well, didn’t even dare call because the workers didn’t seem bothered to answer the phone that was ringing as I was in the drive thru, all in all this BK has fallen hard and is most likely the next one to go

Slow service, waited over 20 minutes and they still couldn’t get the order right. Was missing items.
We stopped here for breakfast and had a good experience. Service was a bit odd, with a previous customer returning their food for a refund and other people complaining about incorrect food. Turns out that I also had an incorrect item too, but I just ate the item rather than going back up. The food tasted good, especially the hash browns / tater tots, so that was good.

Don’t go to this place they’re always beating me outta money and not completing my order ordered chicken fries he repeated my order through speaker box then lied and said I didn’t saying about chicken fries until now being smart I understand people make mistakes but this particular location beat me outta money several times and won’t ever return again
