I have been a loyal customer who buys through the mobile service every Thursday for my children. I never had problems, but recently I don't know what has happened. They are always short-staffed and never update the app to indicate they are closed. This happens at 7 PM when they are supposed to close at 12 AM. I requested a refund, and they added it to my app balance instead of my bank account. I stopped buying here because my last online purchase had the same issue, but this time they closed at 5 PM. I requested a refund through the app, and they responded that they couldn't give me a refund because I had already received enough refunds. I lost $25 because of the restaurant, and now no one wants to respond. I don't recommend it because the current staff is not the same compared to those who were there before. In my last five online purchases, the place was closed three times without any notice in the app.
Right Now, im not recommended specially if you are doing online.

If you want food after 7 you have a 50% chance of getting it here. They always have signs up saying they are under staffed. We always do mobile orders so it always places the order but by the time we get there they are close (7:20pm-7:30pm). They won't turn off their mobile order system so we have to always have to go through the steps of getting our money back. Please update your app if you are closing hours early. This has happened to us around 5 times within the last 3 months.

Eating here after a long day out was great! The main reason I am leaving a good review is because of the excellent service. A friendly guy that worked up front was patient, very helpful and over all such a jolly guy that made it easy and enjoyable. The food was ready as soon as we found a seat, and it was delicious.

Talk a out supposedly being nice to truck drivers guy in there gave me hand signals that I could only go threw drive threw but I had to be in a car because it was only him and some else working I couldn't order food f you burger King I'll make sure I'll tell plenty of drivers I know not to stop here anymore. .

We were in the drive thru on January 9, 2025, on a long road trip in a mini van with 8 people. We had a very large, complicated order. They made everything as we ordered. Everything was hot and tasted great.
The lady that took our order was absolutely fantastic. She made us feel Like we were at a traditional restaurant and not a fast food place.
