Service is exceptionally good. Our server was professional, pleasent and attentive. The cobb salad was good but a bit small. The burger was huge, very thick and cooked just right and very tasty. The french fries were good. There was a fair selection of tea. Prices are moderate. Chairs were comfortable but the table legs are an odd style and we kept bumping our knees on the table legs. The bar is large, popular and loud at times.
Parking: Large lot but full with several vehicles parkign onthe grass. The close in parking is "members only"

This is our home away from home. Four seasons of sports and family activities. The slopes and golf courses range from easy to expert and everyone is chill, welcoming, and helpful. It’s a bit expensive but it’s well worth it. Definitely visit a few times before committing. But once you do, you’ll agree it’s better and more affordable than a country club membership. The pool is amazing, too. I wish they had a proper gym with a sauna and steam room.
Tasty food served In a warm cozy experience.

Great place to go on a date. We watched people bike ride down the mountain. Their burgers and cod sandwich are great.

We had a wonderful lunch! Our waitress was a pro! Beautiful atmosphere with a view of the slopes in spring. The restrooms were newly remodeled and sparking clean. Quality food, reasonable prices.

We had an Easter dinner that was awesome, lamb and ham, can't go wrong with that. Food was great and Missy took great care of us. Copper Kettle has a high open ceiling with lots of hard surfaces so it can be noisy at times. It wasn't too bad because there was a light crowd when we dined. The biggest issue was the temperature of the room. Not really their fault, it was 72 the day before and then 54 the day we were there so trying to balance heat vs A/C was a challenge. Otherwise, another great meal at a delightful location.
Pleasant staff, nice ambiance, and a really good dinner.

CK was not crowded and server appeared to be new... team was slow on taking orders. Food has improved immensely! Kudos to the GM for prioritizing something that all members and guests appreciate!

I would like to add that our experience was also on MLK day, a day another reviewer referenced with an unpleasant experience from the hostess (she referenced her as the receptionist, but it is most likely the same person, Wyn). I recommend she either not work there anymore, or not have a position with guest interaction, it sounds like her customer service is across the board, horrible.
The host was extremely rude. This was our experience...We made a reservation here one night when we were guests of Bryce Resort. We’re not from this area and our chalet was up in the mountains, not far from the restaurant, but it started to snow earlier in the day, pretty heavily. We decided to keep the reservation and I felt fine driving in the snow, but it did take a little extra time coming down the mountain (being cautious for ice and sliding) and then a couple extra minutes walking cautiously through the parking lot with my 65 year old mother and 87 year old grandmother. When we got to the front of the restaurant, there was a sign that said closed. Strange, we were able to book a resy online…so I decided to walk into the lobby, and sure enough the doors to the restaurant were indeed open and people were eating inside. I approached the hostess and said something like, are you guys open? And she said flatly, well the kitchens just closed (our resy was for 4:30 and we walked in around 4:43, again, snow and elderly grandmother). I said ok, it did let me book a reservation a couple days ago online for 4:30. She replies, flatly again, well you’re late. And starts to walk away. Very, very rude. I retorted, well it is snowing and icing outside. She said, I’ll go to the back and talk to the manager to see if we can seat you, and left. We waited. She came back, grabbed some menus, and without saying anything to us, started to walk towards a table. We followed and sat down. The whole time she doesn’t say a word and leaves to go back to prepping utensils. I learned her name was Wyn or Win, something to that effect. If you’re the face of a restaurant, the first person that guests see when they come through the door, this is absolutely unacceptable. Rude, flat, unkempt, all of this was and forever will be my impression of this restaurant because of that hostess. There was some damage control, our waitress was very nice and uplifting (unfortunately I didn’t catch her name, but she was young, had an accent, dark hair and glasses). We didn’t take a long time there (we weren’t even the last to leave), but the whole time she was attentive and accommodating. The food was ok. My Cesar with grilled shrimp was fine, the salad wasn’t anything to awe over. My mom really enjoyed her carbonara and my grandma liked her steak au jous fine. But the initial experience left a bad taste in my mouth, literally, and I probably won’t be back.
