Had dinner here with my family - Everything we had was great! The sweet potato risotto, bacon burger, chicken tenders, and even the pomegranate cocktail drink I had was great. Atmosphere was nice and they play good music.
The Copper Kettle is a solid place to land after a day of skiing or snowboarding at Bryce Resort. The ambiance is cozy and relaxed, and the service is friendly—exactly what you want when you come in cold and ready to unwind.

The service was very attentive and fairly quick. The beer was cold but the food was very mediocre. It was a limited menu due to ULLR which we were fine with but it just wasn't good. The caesar salad had old, limp lettuce and too much dressing. The chili tasted weirdly like hot dogs. The brisket was tender but had no flavor.
