Waited over 30 minutes for a simple order of 2 burgers. Did not have the pork sandwich advertised. When asked why taking so long they said they didn't know. We're trying g to figure it out. Ugh, sad.

Was not 12pm and tried to get 4 orders of gravy and biscuits and they still also had breakfast menu up....and was told not serving breakfast any longer. When they even had a large picture on their window that says biscuit and gravy till 12pm.

I'm not sure what happened here. I have been to many Hardee's over the years. I've never gotten my gravy biscuit served this way. The biscuits were also not the usual quality that you expect from Hardee's. It did look like a newer establishment. Maybe, they are just still training the staff.

Big Rig BBQ
As the only two people in the restaurant, we waoted a while before someone took our order I got the mushroom Swiss burger and ithe ham melt. t was so dry and overcooked. Fries didnt taste fresh either. Hard time finding a table because they were all dirty. This was at 2pm and we were the only ones there. The cashier wasn't very knowledgeable about their deals and had to consult the manager several timea. Overall, a poor experience.

On 1-18-25 I was traveling up 81 and I stopped at the Burger King in mount Jackson. But as I parked and looked up I seen Hardee’s just up the road so I said to myself I haven’t eaten Hardee’s in over 20 years so why not. WELL. I went to the Hardee’s and when I walked in holy hell. I seen stuff all over the floor. Old food, dirt, napkins. So I went up and ordered and well that was debacle it took 20 minutes for me to get my food, and when I got it was cold. So I got my food and went to sit down and every table had stuff on it. I said I don’t work here but let me go get a damp napkin and wipe it off. So I got sat down and was eating my sandwich and k just kept noticing stuff everywhere I mean this is the dirtiest restaurant I have ever seen. I’m not sure they even own a broom. Plenty of employees were there but I didn’t see one cleaning anything! So k finished my meal and left and I will not go back. That was a complete letdown for it being such a newer building and business. And their bathroom holy hell it was disgusting again stuff all over the floor, trash can full. Toilet was filthy. Whoever owns that restaurant really needs to visit it and find out why it’s in that condition. And it was around 2 in the afternoon and you have to have the exact amount for your meal cause they can’t give change. So I used my card but still a fast food place should be able to make change. They only owed $4 in change and couldn’t do it.. it was a very bad experience at this restaurant and I hope that the owner(s) can get it cleaned up before it gets other issues from all the trash and food laying around. I have pictures to back up my story and this was just my personal experience but very disappointing to see a newer place in that condition. I must mention that there was people there before me and it took me 20 minutes to get my food so they had to be waiting 30+ minutes to get theirs and then a gentleman came in after me and he had to wait. I counted 5 employees there but the turn around times were still awful. I give this place an FFF+++
WRONG ORDER EVERY TIME I GO! WENT TO ANOTHER LOACTION BC I DID NOT OPEN UNTIL MILES DOWN THE HIGHWAY I81 N. EVEN THE SECOND LOACTION MESSED UP!.DOUBT I WILL GO BACK YO ANY HARDEES AFTER TODAY!

Staff was rude. Forgot our fries went back in to get my both of our fries and the guy wasn't happy. Turns out they had to make more because they were getting ready to close, it was 845 when I went back to get my fries. Probably 830 when we placed our order guessing they closed at 9

Food tasted old, which was confusing as it took them at least 15 minutes after I ordered to receive the food, even with the place being completely dead. The window attendant was nice and polite.

Young lady that took my order had no personality, she was almost rude. I didn't even get a thank you. The food was okay, not as good as normal but not terrible. But the bathroom was a disgrace. It was nasty, completely unacceptable.
