Drive thru order took 15+ minutes food burgers where Luke warm and the cheese was barely melted. The service was not even trying to hurry like they just didn't care and I get it but come on try to show some type of hustle. Fries where hot.

Friday 1/2/26 came in for breakfast on a very rare day off. The restaurant was obviously understaffed, i could only see 2 employees, there may have been others, but the 2 i could see were amazing. These ladies need to be recognized and rewarded. Great job. Great breakfast.

Well since I ordered thru the app they made a point to leave me sitting for 7 mins to the 'order ready time' even though not a single other car went thru the drive thru & there was 2 cars in the parking lot. I really wish they would have take more time with my order since they wanted to make a point not to serve my food until the exact appointed time they really should have used that time to cook the fries a little longer & not try to dump an overflowing drink on me!!!

Customers waiting, slow service, definitely no initiative to move, only saw 2 employees. A couple who ordered before me waited over 30 minutes for their order which had been forgotten because the cashier didn't cash out the transaction instead laid theoney on the counter maybe frozen screen. Nice building need to focus on hiring, training and development.

What can I say the mushroom and Swiss is the best in the world
The food was not as we expected. The brisket burger was terrible, the bread was not toasted as it was stated. Nothing ever looks like the display photos.

Waited over 30 minutes for a simple order of 2 burgers. Did not have the pork sandwich advertised. When asked why taking so long they said they didn't know. We're trying g to figure it out. Ugh, sad.

Was not 12pm and tried to get 4 orders of gravy and biscuits and they still also had breakfast menu up....and was told not serving breakfast any longer. When they even had a large picture on their window that says biscuit and gravy till 12pm.
