Also i feel that the Waitress at the Burlington NJ location is kind and welcoming to me & my husband who are older. We appreciate how she talks about new items to try. I will definitely request her area to sit since she is full time waitress
This was my second time eating at this new IHOP. Both times the food has been good. Service is excellent. Stacey is a great server. It’s very clean. Definitely a great addition to the town. Great for singles, families, couples, large groups or anyone looking for a good meal.
Great experience. Our server Dylan was patient and courteous with elderly folks.

The new IHOP has received positive feedback from diners. The food has been good, with breakfast coming out nice and hot, and the food is cooked just right and appears appetizing. Service is excellent, with friendly and attentive staff. The restaurant is very clean and organized, including clean restrooms. There is easy accessibility, plenty of parking, and a wide selection of food items. It is nice and quiet so guests can hear each other talk, and local spots are honored in the decor. It is right off of Interstate 81 and a great addition to the town. Great for singles, families, couples, large groups or anyone looking for a good meal. The food for the price is quite good. It is worth a stop and highly recommend.
