I love the Italian Touch restaurants but this is the worst one I've ever been to. The food is always lacking flavor, it's not very fresh, the burgers for example are not thick and juicy like at the other locations. The service is terrible too. The last straw for me was a waitress who gave herself a $5 tip without me authorizing it. I called and got the money put back on, but that is unacceptable. Do not go here.

First of all, this is some of the best pizza I've ever had. There's a select couple Italian restaurants where I live here in richmond that I love and Italian touch is right up there with them. We got 3 large pizzas. We decided on pepperoni, cheese, and half meat lovers half supreme. All 3 were amazing. 100% recommended. If I'm ever out that way again, I'll be sure to stop!

I was here a couple of weeks ago. Pizza lacked tasted and just saturated in grease. With no exaggeration, we counted 79 flies inside just in our section. They were all over the ceiling and walls Not sure why they have positive reviews. When the floor and bathrooms are filthy. And, there is that many flies…… I wish I was just being hard but it’s 100% true. We didn’t finish eating because we were so disgusted

So we’re in town seeing family and staying here and enjoying the Bryce Resort and heard how good the pizza was here and I can honestly say it is yummy a little crunch to the crust just how it’s supposed to be! The atmosphere has a great family vibe and I can’t wait to visit again and try there cheesesteaks as we heard they were delicious to! Thank you for a good vacation experience see y’all next time!
Parking: The parking is in a big parking lot plenty of parking. It’s right next to FoodLion.
Kid-friendliness: They have a huge menu to choose from and a few kids menu items that seem great.
One of the best calzones I’ve ever had. Me and my wife were pleasantly surprised. The large calzone is plenty big enough for two.

Absolutely incredible service and food. Me and a few coworkers were on a job site and this has been our go for lunch a few times. Not only does the pizzas and sandwiches taste great, the quantity of food is large too. If I could go more I would. And the lunch specials save your wallet.
