Literally a 10/10 every time I go!! I wish they had a restaurant bc I would seriously go as much as my pockets would allow! Both of the ladies are super nice, always interacting and everything is made right there in front of you!! Thank you ladies to a wonderful start to our summer!
It was decent. There's better bbq in the area. The pulled chicken was a bit dry. The pulled pork was tasty but could use a little more sauce. The potato salad was weird being so heavily flavored with dill but it was different in a good way. Good to try new stuff. The slaw I'd have to say is maybe mustard based? Not sure but it's also good in a different way. I'd say if you like trying slightly new takes on classics they're pretty good but being a bbq connoisseur...
If you are in Nellysford and you don't stop, get your head examined! This roadside BBQ joint is the best in the local area. They always have scrumptious choices every day of the week. My favorite is the Turkey Sandwich on croissant. Don't forget to make it a platter! You cannot go wrong with adding baked beans and their awesome potato salad. Oh yeah, the Mac & Cheese is always available for take-out too. Stop by and take a load off in their picnic table atmosphere....
