I’m not sure why everyone is going crazy over this place, maybe because it’s new and there are tons of drink varieties, however if you’re an actual coffee lover, this place is very mediocre. It’s also always packed so be sure to leave plenty of time to wait in the long line of cars.
I come around 630-645 most mornings. It was Sunday so there were only two cars in line, one in each lane. Both cars had already ordered and nobody approached me. The truck in the outside lane got their order and left. Then the car in front of me got theirs and left. A car then pulls into the lane next to me. At this point, 5 min has passed and nobody has taken my order because they’re standing around talking. The order taker comes out and heads straight to the truck...
I have frequently here several times and this time I was service by this young lady by the name of Jade. Who greeted me with a warm and pleasant smile,informal about the menu. Was funny, made our order and wait period enjoyable. Great employee
