Just went to pick up a door dash order. The lady at the drive thru around 10 pm was very rude and said they stop taking door dash at 10. If that is the case why was the order accepted from customer. This was the 412 Oriana rd in Newport News.
Went to pick up a Uber Eats order at 8:30. Manager took great pleasure in telling us they don’t do delivery after 8:30. Seriously?? What difference does it make where the order came from?? Arby’s doesn’t want business after 8:30.
