Today the staff at this Bojangles should be recognized for their hard work and dedication. They not only had a line in the inside, they also had a line in the drive thru. As they dealt with angry customers from all angles. The male manager on duty kept his calm, made eye contact with each customer that needed help, and proceeded to get each customer’s orders out. I swear to God it takes almost an hour every time we go. Which is absolutely ridiculous. We just waited for an hour and they didn’t even give us all of the food. We cut our losses and just headed out anyway because it was gonna take another 30-45 minutes for the rest of it.
There were about 8-10 people working and half of them were just standing around. I don’t understand how every other location I go to can crank out an order no problem but this place takes 45-60 minutes...read full review
