My friend and I went on a Sunday afternoon. It was pretty crowded and the line was long but to me, that means there must be something very good about the food to cause people to be willing to wait. They were not wrong. My friend and I each got a build-your-own bowl and the food was very good. The ingredients were fresh and flavorful. The portions were good too. Service was fine. There wasn't much time to be overly friendly as the workers were focused on serving everyone as quickly as they could. One thing that stood out to me was how well the team worked together. It was poetry in motion. It was almost as if each person was anticipating what the others were about to do. Such great teamwork and coordination of efforts. I was very impressed. The prices were a little higher than I expected, but isn't everything these days? I'll be back, despite the cost.

Pita Chips are phenomenal and goes well with the meal! First timer and the staff helped me with what goes well with my bowl and recommended the pita chips which is to die for!

Always amazing food selection. Great quality. Everything looks freshly chopped and you can see the food being made while your in line. The workers always explain which sauces are what and never make me feel rushed. Highly recommend for a healthy alternative.

Food was good and it was plentiful, I'm just not that into the Mediterranean taste. Still, I enjoyed the meal. Service? The only service there is are the people making your food. They were nice and helped this "first-timer." Atmosphere? Not a lot. Simple tables in an open room. What I couldn't help notice is it felt a little unkempt; napkins on the floor, sticky tables, sticky drink station. I know people who rave about the place. I think it's OK. It's also pretty pricey.
Definitely order at the actual shop: ordered using the online option & was disappointed. They left out the side pitas and honestly not enough food for $50 plus a service fee and dasher tip. At least they remembered forks?… ??

Punchy, flavorful food that's pretty healthy. Service is pretty good but I can't seem to get a gyro without sauce running down the side and they're pretty difficult to eat with your hands as intended due to how messy they are. Dining environment is clean but nothing special. Very industrial/modern. Would recommend highly for quickly prepared moderately healthy food that tastes great.

Do NOT order online. Every time I have (I’ve ordered online probably 10 times) the workers neglect the mobile order line. I constantly have to wait 20+ minutes after my time to get my food. It’s a 50/50 chance your order is correct too. I go because the food is so good but the service is the worst.
