The food is okay, customer service needs more improvement, soecialy with the Asian looking lady, she looks mad all the time specifically with her Cold ❄️ smile, also it's over priced

This Cava location is always slow and always messes up my order by either forgetting additions to the greens/grains bowl or forgetting a side. Today, we had to wait over 20 minutes from the original pickup time to retrieve our order. The one is Williamsburg is way better than this location.

Today, I swung by during a lull, and we chatted about @thrivepeninsula - they were genuinely interested! When it was time to pay, they surprised me by covering the bill.
