Stood there for 6 minutes. Not a single worker came to take my order. Will never be returning to this location.

The food was decent , very stingy on the steak I got a regular old school. The meat and onions were barely chopped up . Customer service is eggy Michael was polite. During my visit I noticed they had the wings sitting out on the counter top I’m not sure how safe that is. They have definitely fallen off throughout the years.

Asked for fresh fries twice and all they did was give me more fries that were already from another batch.

Horrible place horrible people especially the dude with the glasses in the beard he’s rude doesn’t give you no Cajun or sauce for your fries and refuses to give refills

The customer service is terrible he just sits and stares at you after you’ve asked a question like he’s talking to a ghost. The food was awful, hard. Never will I get this again. Worst first experience ever!

The sauce has no taste. I ordered a loaded fries, and the only thing I tasted was salt.
The boneless wings were overcooked and hard.
The young man waiting on me was polite but the other employee was complaining about the customers, not just one but two customers. It was odd and uncomfortable to hear him...

Some of the best customer service I have ever experienced. I was in there today 08/31 ordered the buffalo wings delicious and the customer service was phenomenal Peter and Tiffany thank you so much for being so kind and professional and the little boy was great also and knew exactly what he was doing again thank you so much

Higher great places

I stopped for a few things at Walmart and saw Charley's ??. The service was amazing everyone was so nice and pleasant. My drink spilled and the staff immediately cleaned it..with a smile. The most important aspect is the food ABSOLUTELY A MUST HAVE!!

This can’t be life. $14 for this lil bit of food. I’m appalled! There’s no wonder why there wasn’t a wait at Charlie’s, but there were several people in every other places line. The crazy part is I wasn’t even hungry and considered getting a kids meal. This is Shrinkflation for sure and I’m disappointed Charlie. The food next door at SukiHana is overflowing from a bigger box for half the price.
