The young man waiting on me was polite but the other employee was complaining about the customers, not just one but two customers. It was odd and uncomfortable to hear him...

Some of the best customer service I have ever experienced. I was in there today 08/31 ordered the buffalo wings delicious and the customer service was phenomenal Peter and Tiffany thank you so much for being so kind and professional and the little boy was great also and knew exactly what he was doing again thank you so much

Higher great places

I stopped for a few things at Walmart and saw Charley's ??. The service was amazing everyone was so nice and pleasant. My drink spilled and the staff immediately cleaned it..with a smile. The most important aspect is the food ABSOLUTELY A MUST HAVE!!

This can’t be life. $14 for this lil bit of food. I’m appalled! There’s no wonder why there wasn’t a wait at Charlie’s, but there were several people in every other places line. The crazy part is I wasn’t even hungry and considered getting a kids meal. This is Shrinkflation for sure and I’m disappointed Charlie. The food next door at SukiHana is overflowing from a bigger box for half the price.

I've ordered delivery here from the app lord knows how many times, and every single time my order was correct and delicious and hot. Maybe I'm just lucky unlike other folks here lol. I'll forever continue ordering from this place. Delicious

Would not recommend them. Twice I had an issue with them. One was when I had a delivery for Uber eats, they do not secure their food like other establishments do and on top of that instead of using two separate bags they packed one bag full. I ended up loosing my customers fries even tho I secured his bag the best I can. Let’s say he wasn’t to happy.The second time was today 12/12/23 when tried calling them because I was having issues trying to retrieve my email reward I got and that ends today not showing in my app, so I couldn’t make a online order and drove there. I talked the manager about it and he wouldn’t honor the coupon telling me that maybe it’s an issue with this and that. Or maybe the email is wrong. I told him there is no issue and the email is not wrong. It clearly states it ends today on 12/12. I told them I will never eat there again on top of that I had better Cheesesteaks anyways. I REPEAT don’t contact me to rectify anything. Once is once twice is a no go.
