You should let people know the entrance location and more importantly that this location is inside a mall!
We're traveling through these parts and really don't want to go to a busy location at a mall or a mall all together!

Went here at 1pm Friday July 11th 2025 whether is a dasher or ordering the girls here are too busy trying to look cute rather than help customers watched what I thought was my order sit for 10 mins no one asks do you need help and no one calls my name or anything. These people have no customer service skills just want to get you in and out . This is the worst chik fil a in the 757. They need a complete rehiring I never knew it was chik fil a policy to ignore customers who are obviously standing at the “pick up” area they all have attitudes no one said my pleasure or anything this seems like a Popeyes dressed up as a chik fil a it wasn’t even that busy to not acknowledge anyone I purposely avoid this location because irs always terrible I don’t know who’s the manager but they’ve been hiring the wrong people for years

I hate raggin' on the Lord's chicken but they got my order wrong not once, but twice during the same takeout dining experience.

This is not my first time ordering here. Today we ordered 2 large fries but when we got home it’s half empty. The fries were also stale and they did not even give any sauce. The last time I came to get a drink here, there is more ice than drink! This branch is a rip off! Not to mention the wait is really long.

Okay? Maybe? I have to say this is not my favorite Chick Fil A. The biggest issue is that I feel queasy every time I order from here. I’ve given them chance after chance because I generally like Chick Fil A’s food, but I don’t know if the equipment is dirty or something else, because I never feel like this from any other location
