On 3/23/25 I ordered a pick up order. I picked up my order and went home. Once I got home which was 5 miles away. my order was completely wrong It had guacamole all in my orders and I am
allergic to avocados. each order had the correct order stickers on each bowl but were completely wrong. Once I got to the store I was expressing my frustrations & the manager Larry Brown rudely cut me off & rudely told me to get in line for them to remake my order. Once I got to the register I told him my entire order should be refunded due to me having to come all the way back to the store for an issue that was completely their fault. He said because they remade my order that he would not be able to issue a refund. I told him I wanted to file a complaint & he told me there would be a number he would be able to give me to file a complaint. I told him that he could give me the number. the manager Larry Brown then proceeded to ask me if i would like my order that they just remade me OR the number to file a complaint and that I was not able to get my order AND the number to file a complaint. I told them to keep that food & give me the number to file a complaint. So I left the store with NO FOOD, NO REFUND, but left with a number to call to complain. The manager Larry Brown was not only rude and but not accommodating & he did not apologize ONCE. He showed no remorse for the fact that they had placed guacamole all on my order after letting him know I was allergic. His customer service is TERRIBLE and should not be in management. I will not be returning here. I was a long time customer but not any more I will be taking my business to QDOBA.

There was a number 1 in permanent black marker on my burrito. I am sadly shocked. This should never happen... this is food we are talking about. The inside had soggy tomatoes and brown guacamole. I used to really like Chipotle but the service and quality has degraded. I will start making my own burritos at home with more flavor and no black marker.

It is like pulling teeth trying to speak with an actual person when dialing in. All I needed to do was get clarification on the discount for Military First Responders but the AI bot made it literally IMPOSSIBLE to get an answer. Needless to say, I will be sending my guys to Moe's.

Clearly this place is tryna run up my blood pressure. I got a bowl and the chicken was so dang salty I immediately got a headache!! I never write reviews but this one deserves it. Im so disappointed my money was wasted😒 AND THEY DIRTY!!! Nothing was clean, food everywhere. They def need to be reported for unclean atmosphere! Dirtiest chipotle I’ve ever been to!

Shut it DOWN! These DEI hires clean the tables with their gloves and then right back in the food. Entire store needs to be let go.

1st there was hardly any food in the bowl. I ordered double chicken and didn't get it! My food was cold because they made it 15 minutes early before I was supposed to pick it up! Didn't get any kind of text or email on the progress of the meal. I tried to call and kept getting automated questions couldn't even talk to a person! I even tipped extra and I shouldn't have! SO DISAPPOINTING!

I ordered online; my bowl was damn near empty and had almost no meat.

Food was great. There was a line but they had it moving quickly. Store doesn't have a great set up for pickup if you are the driver as it is part of the mall and there isn't parking directly in front. There is lots of parking but if mall is busy, parking can be hard.

Very rude people working here yelling at guest understaffed toke 30 minutes just waiting on food and for them to tell us that they are out of most of our food and we won't get refunded!!! Very unpleases
