Chipotle Mexican Grill

This is quite literally the worst chipotle in the world not only did they get my order wrong twice the last time I went the man was so rude to me & acting like I was bothering him by ordering. But that’s not the worst part I GOT FOOD POISONING FROM THE BOWL HE MADE , FOOD POISONING . DO NOT EAT HERE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES

Both workers had horrible attitudes (one female one male)
Supposedly they “ran out of food” which is weird since this is the 4th time this has happened this past month 🤨

I took my granddaughter here just a few days ago and the first thing that jumped out at me was the disgusting food lines. There was food all over the place and it certainly seems like there are zero cleanliness guidelines being followed. Aside from the staff looking like they were being led to their execution, the greatest grievance I have is my granddaughter finding a hair in her food!! I haven't tried this store before, but I'm certainly not going back.

Normally, pick up. Food is always delicious. They forgot a drink this time, but when called, they added a free one to my account. Food is ready when we arrive. Easy pick up.

Ordered a mobile order for pick up and there was NO CHICKEN in the bowl. I understand not wanting to make more because it was late but at least let a paying customer know!! Every time I go in this location, they have the worst attitudes! They don’t even want to make eye contact with you or even acknowledge your presence at the end of the day. It’s the WORST customer service. If you don’t want to do your job right, then leave and let someone else be there that actually knows how to greet customers properly. It’s the BARE minimum.

Complete trash. Every single time i go in there it one person on the line and on one register with 6 in the back. Then they will start to restock SLOWLY as there is a line.

I’m from Canada, but I was playing Rainbow 6 Siege with some buddies, and one of their wives ordered a bowl. They forgot ALL THE CHICKEN in the bowl. His wife got mad. He left to go consult, we lost the round. 10/10 would NOT reccomend.

Ordered a bowl off the app yall forgot my chicken. Tell me how Im supposed to pay $15 for a bowl and yall cant even get the main part of the dish correct. Horrible service, horrible attitudes, horrible customer satisfaction. Will never be eating from this location again

Do not go here. Go to literally any other chipotle or food spot. The line was disgusting and I’ve never been to a chipotle with a more rude cashier. She literally threw my food in the bag

If you want food poisoning 🤢 come here. This is by far the worst chipotle I've been to in the Hampton roads area. Save your money/time/body, cook your own food.

No napkins..no folks..can't take cask ..had dollar bills n change in register..bad for business

I love chipotle but they seem to always lack in a clean lobby. I see 18 people behind the counter and not one comes to the lobby to wipe down and straighten up real quick.
