Food was great. There was a line but they had it moving quickly. Store doesn't have a great set up for pickup if you are the driver as it is part of the mall and there isn't parking directly in front. There is lots of parking but if mall is busy, parking can be hard.

The lobby isnt clean , no forks. No chips for takeout even tho they had plenty for online orders, that made the man behind me a little disgruntled and the employee stated that he can deal with it or leave. so he left , the manager on duty agreed.

Food was okay without telling anybody they were waiting on steak so a lot of to go folks were standing around wondering why when we could see our food sitting right there. I ordered a head and still ended up waiting 20 plus minutes for one bowl of food. Chipotle you need to do better by these folks not just the customers but the employees you got to get more people in there you got to make more food faster or something cuz it'll be a while before I go back.
