Not worth the money! Waited in line for 10
Minutes. Cashier was slow . While other worker was fiddling around with things that could have waited. The second person should have been taking orders to get the line down. No sense of urgency at all. Maybe they had all night, but that didnt mean the rest of us did… the product was horrible. Rubbery and dry. Couldnt cut it with a knife. I guess thats what happens when they stop making fresh dough and use a frozen product. If anyone has tried the mini Cinnabuns from PizzaHut this was exactly how it tasted like Rubber!! Looked on the receipt there was no contact complaint number nor survey.

I drove down from Williamsburg to the Cinnabon location at the Patrick Henry mall specifically to purchase me a 6pack of the classic Cinnabon. I was very heartbroken when I was told that they didn’t have the 6 pack but did have the four pack. What disappointed me the most is that when I asked how long would it take to make a 6 pack I was informed that they wouldn’t have any until tomorrow. What made it so bad is they had 4 pack and some that was already made that could’ve have been boxed into a 6pack. So I purchased the one four pack to make it somewhat worth my time. Needless to say that they were disgusting excessively dry which led me to believe that they we’re old and the only way to get customers to purchase them was to force them to buy them before boxing any fresh product. Very poor customer service, and the Cinnabon itself was horrible. I am really disappointed with the service that I received today.
