Not sure I have been to a coldstone creamery before. Great experience! Ice cream is expensive everywhere so don't expect low prices (spent $14 on two small bowls.) But the employees were patient and good at explaining everything how it worked and offered a sample to my son. They seemed to get along well and were heard being respectful to all customers. You don't always get good customer service with young staff at these kinda places so it is worth noting and being appreciative...

Parking, spaces are not far from building. But be cautious if people who do not know how to park, sit in their cars eating and daring you to hit them because they don't know how to pull into a space.

Every time I go to this location off of Jefferson, its always got a line, HOWEVER, thats completely understandable given that the employees are quick, kind, always in a good mood, and amazing at making every experience a positive experience. The place is always immaculately clean, always well stocked, and far better quality than anything else around. Absolutely with the cost and the short wait time.
