if i could give 0 stars i would… i literally hate this cookout location so bad but its the only thing that’s open after hours plus being closer to home & also me trying to give them the benefit of the doubt but they disappoint every time. long story short i got a spicy chicken tray.. chicken sandwich is so hard i had to give it back. the manager told me pull around & by the time i came back around it’ll be done. yall the second one was just as burnt & nasty. like just look at it. like wth change the grease. idc what the timer say! it taste burnt & looks burnt cause yall don’t wanna change the grease! & the manager is a sweet heart but she knows this isn’t right.

I went to this location for the first time and went through the drive through for the first time .i had to repeat my order about 5 times and no one understood. I spoke clearly too. Literally it was 2 cook out trays and 2 ala cart items . You would think that would not be hard to mess up. I ordered the first tray just fine but after that is when it got crazy. It was like the girl didn’t hear anything I said. Just kept going on about cheesecake, after I said no multiple times. And my friends tray was a chicken sandwich to which I asked what my friend can get on it and the girl in the speaker thought I ordered another quesadilla tray.. I repeated my order again to which she thought I ordered a jr tray and then she asked for her manager. And even the manager repeated back the wrong thing. . The manager couldn’t seem to understand the order even though it was plain and simple and all I asked was what could my friend get on her sandwich. After a few times of repeating and then clearly not getting it (the entire process took so long, I was being honked at) I gave up and when inside where I had no issues getting what I asked for. It was a gentleman at the counter and I told him the order and got it right on the first try . I’m not sure who’s running their drive through but they don’t know what they are doing. In addition to all of that my nuggets were burnt and my friends wraps weren’t even wrapped , just thrown in the tray. There was another lady inside who had the same problem, and had missing food, she overheard me tell the guy at the counter what happened. If you plan on going here DO NOT USE THE DRIVE THROUGH.

Received a call from my blank about multiple attempts of online transactions were made on this account. Had to be someone to take a card or had a device because it was still in my possession. Use cash if you plan on coming here. Filing a police report for the audacity.

The barbecue was awful. The French fries were awful. The birds liked them though. The Diet Coke was super sweet and gave my sister the wrong drink. Not going here again for a $23.00 meal that was really bad.
Cheap but tastes great, I couldnt complain! I got cajun chicken tray with cajun fries, chocolate shake, and cheese bites. I don't think you can beat the taste at the price. This is a must for anyone who hasn't had it yet.

I’ve never written a review before but this time i just had to write one. I get there and the hostile environment is unlike any other. I asked to give me a minute and then she hurry’s me up since they don’t have time for this. I tell her my order and they said they didn’t have the quesadilla machine not working which is understandable then i change my order. I asked for a burger with two chicken wraps i tell her it and says she can’t hear me and tells me the order back word for word. Then i tell her i have to order more and she says so you aren’t getting anything. I repeat my order then she gets it and i tell her another order. When i told her the other order she proceeded to get mad saying i don’t make sense and i have one more try to tell the order.She then forces me to put the order under one when i told her it’ll be 3 different people paying. Then she says under one or you can leave. then i agree and say under one with card. Meanwhile the friends started LAUGHING at me. Extremely disrespectful that while i was taking my order they start laughing at me and try to kick me out. It was obvious they did not want to work and even the people behind me were getting frustrated and saying it seems like they are acting like this so they don’t take the orders. I’m a very nice person and to be laughed at and kicked out at 1am is extremely disappointing. Please do better and get those night workers in check.

Shakes so thickkk you burp from sucking the straw so hard it keeps popping air lol My vanilla one (granted they have 40 flavors..yes 40) was so cold and thick I scraped it with a spoon for thirty minutes trying to eat it, worth the effort! Swear.. then finally it was softened enough to get small sips to come through straw

Why can’t the people taking orders stop interrupting you long enough to actually get your order correct? Now we have a pile of garbage we won’t eat and we’re out $40 because instead of taking our order, they constantly interrupted by asking “is that all” over and over while we were mid speech. Really rude & really aggravating.
