I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Crumbl Cookies. I ordered the Dubai chocolate Strawberry Cup and the cup was only about half full. For $12 per cup, I expected to actually receive a full serving, not something that looked like it was missing half the product.
To make matters worse, I politely asked the employee if they could add a few more strawberries since the cup was clearly underfilled. Instead of trying to make it right, he rudely told me that the cup was already full and dismissed my concern. The lack of customer service was just as disappointing as the portion size.
Paying premium prices should come with premium quality and service. Receiving a half-filled cup and being treated rudely when I asked a reasonable question is unacceptable. I won’t be returning, and I hope management addresses both the inconsistent portions and the poor customer service. I’ll be attaching photos so others can see exactly what I received.

I was very disappointed with my recent visit. I recently purchased the Dubai Strawberry Cup from another Crumbl location, and it was filled with fresh strawberries, pistachio topping, and a balanced amount of chocolate. Unfortunately, my experience at this location was completely different.
The cup I received had very few strawberries, was overloaded with chocolate, and was missing the pistachio topping that makes this dessert special. It looked nothing like what I had received at another location and felt poorly prepared.
When I politely mentioned the difference to the employee, hoping they would address the issue, she seemed dismissive and simply asked if I needed a fork instead of acknowledging my concern or offering a solution.
Consistency and customer service are important, especially when customers are paying premium prices. I hope this location improves both the quality of its products and how it responds to customer feedback.

This is yet another crap Newport News franchise location run by an absentee, cheapskate owner with nonexistent management. A single kiosk for customers to use despite zero customer-facing employees and there obviously being room for a second (I guess the owner didn't want to blow money on TWO kiosks). A single employee was working during the day and had zero interest in engaging customers. The cookies are lazily made and look nothing like the promotional material (which is apparently something this brand prides itself on). Don't waste your money at this place.
