I've been there twice and they have some of the most polite staff I've interacted with! I met them through the service fair at my college and try my best to relax at the cafe with any free weekends I have. The hot chocolate is delicious and the apple cider nitro is even better, not in season anymore I believe. My family wanted to take my niece for her second birthday here because she enjoys seeing all the cats. First impression will always last. It was an amazing place. They serve coffee or alcohol drinks if you want it, but most of all it was actually really relaxing and a chilled environment with plenty of cats that you’re able to adopt through them. I just adopted my boy from Cups and Claws (once Panther now Omen). It was a great experience all around. I was able to talk one on one with the staff about what I was looking for and they supported me every step of the way. I was introduced to Omen (panther) and he is truly everything I was looking for.
